Contest Details
The participant who accumulates the highest points by generating sales via their HercuList affiliate pages from 9:30 am Central Time, January 26th through March 7th will be awarded a $500 bonus! Additionally, the runner-up will receive a $250 bonus, followed by a $125 bonus for the third position, a $75 bonus for the fourth, and a $50 bonus for the fifth.
A maximum of 3 new referred free HercuList members per day will also count.
Remember, you can DOUBLE your earnings if used for HercuList/Smart-list advertising!
NEW: Earn Points for Your Own Purchases!
You now earn points for your own HercuList upgrades or solo ad advertising purchases made during the contest period! You will earn 50% of the dollar amount spent in contest points. For example, spend $20 on a solo ad package, earn 10 contest points, spend $50, earn 25 contest points. This also goes for HercuList membership upgrade payments, and any other HercuList/Smart-list payment.
Point System Recap
- Solo ad packages sold = Dollar amount of package (raised to the nearest whole dollar) is the number of points earned. Packages range from $5.95 to $199 (Traffic Legend package), so A LOT of points can be accumulated quickly, with just a sale or two!
- Each new free member = 1 point (3 points maximum per day allowed for free member referrals)
- Each new Pro and Gold member = Points earned equal the dollar value of the membership purchased (the following are examples only, there are several membership options available for each membership option):
- Pro member paying $9.95 = 10 points
- Gold member paying $14.95 = 15 points
- Gold member paying $89.95 = 90 points, etc.
- All previous referral upgrades will also count.
- 50% of the dollar amount spent on HercuList upgrades and services will count as contest points. For example, spend $20 on any HercuList/Smart-list service, earn 10 contest points. Spend $100, earn 50 contest points, etc.
Contest Rules & Fair Competition
To ensure fair and balanced competition:
- Contest points and affiliate commissions will not be awarded for purchases made by people that:
- Originate from the same household, or
- Use the same billing method as the contestant
- This applies regardless of name or personal relationship
- Such purchases remain valid for normal platform use, but will not count toward contest points or commissions
HercuList reserves the right to review IP data, billing information, and account activity to maintain contest integrity.
Important Tiebreaker Rule: In the event of a tie among the top five positions, the competition will persist until the tie is resolved for those ranks. It's crucial to note: during the tiebreaker, all positions remain up for grabs, and none are secured until the contest concludes!
Prohibited Activities: Members are prohibited from creating new accounts under their own names or utilizing any form of automated or paid signup methods. Any members found engaging in such activities will be disqualified from the contest. Only genuine new members will be considered valid. We monitor IP addresses to detect multiple accounts created from the same location.
